You can tell things are kind of a work in progress, but nice spot close to the ocean. The homeless presence was a little more than I expected. The down side the area is very loud and a lot of vagrants. The house needs work. Example: Fan is bedroom can only be on when lights are on. It was 96 a couple of days. The shower curtains in the bathrooms are too short and water goes all over the floor. Porch is nice but the cushions are dirty and mold covered.
