The beach renourishment work near 69th Avenue North in Myrtle Beach is currently in progress as of early February 2026, with the area serving as an equipment mobilization point. The project in the City of Myrtle Beach is expected to be completed by Memorial Day 2026, weather permitting. Operations: Work is taking place around the clock, seven days a week, in 1,000-foot sections to minimize disruption.\*\* Some decorations in unit, maybe different due to updating. Vehicles over 6'5"' will not fit in the main parking garage. You may use the overflow parking decks right across the street that are a bit higher, or pay for street parking on either side of the resort. \~No daily housekeeping. The hostess Heidi was super helpful and always responded within minutes to any questions we had. The resort is family friendly, the beach was a good family oriented beach. The accommodations were stylish and comfortable. We are not typically spontaneous people, and the one time we were, it really paid off. We enjoyed the sunrise in the morning, playing on the beach all day and we slept like babies at night. Highly recommend this condo. ##### Cindy U. This is a great location, far enough North that you're away from the hustle and bustle of the "strip" but still get the ocean front Myrtle beach experience. Close enough to get to attractions like Broadway, Tanger outlets and Barefoot within about 15 minutes. But also plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.Pools were already open and clean. Great laid-back environment. Easy Beach access....and you can make a pitstop by the poolside bar on your way to the sand. Room was great! Heidi provided everything we needed for an easy comfortable stay. Great veiw from the balcony. If you're questioning if is the place for you, it's a great place for a couples seaside escape! ##### Ashley H.
