This peaceful complex is accompanied by a dedicated beach access only for guests of this complex. You will enjoy being in a quiet area while still minutes away from all the shopping, restaurants, attractions and golf courses that the Grand Strand has to offer. Minimum booking age: 25 The Space: It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas! Parking: Easy access private parking lot monitored by security. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot. Entry: \*\*No Elevator. Steps required\*\* 3rd floor. Self check-in with keypad. Kitchen: Completely Renovated! Fully stocked - Includes essentials, cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Family room: Enjoy the abundance of natural light from the myriad of windows - corner unit! Plenty of seating! Oceanfront views from the couches! Bedroom 1: Balcony access along with oceanfront views from the bedroom window! Queen sleep number bed! Bathroom 1: Newly updated! Must-see stand up shower! Bedroom 2: One queen bed + one pull out full sofa. Bathroom 2: Located in hallway between the bedrooms. Full shower/tub. Balcony: Beautiful Oceanfront view. Unparalleled! Incredible view for sunrises! Pool/hot tubs: There are 2 pools, 1 kids pool, and 2 hot tubs in the complex. The two hot tubs are located next to buildings C and E. The pools will be closed for the season between November 15th and March 15th. One of the hot tubs will remain open year round. Beach: Walk across the street and use one of the entry access points across the dunes! Significantly less crowded than the large resort areas. Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay. Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay. Washer/Dryer: Private machines in unit! There are also coin operated machines in the complex. $2 per wash and $2 per dry, recommend bringing quarters if you plan to do laundry. Located on the 2nd floor. Other Amenities: Grilling area for guests. Stationary workout equipment along sidewalk in front of condo. Please note there is a ring doorbell at the front entrance. There is also a camera pointed at the ocean on the outside of the balcony (It is mounted outside of the balcony area and is pointed away - the balcony itself is not in the camera view & the audio is turned off). Guest Access: You will have access to the entire condo (except for an owners closet) along with access to all amenities that are in the Ocean Forest Villas complex (pools/hot tubs/grilling). The Neighborhood: This unit is in the perfect area of Myrtle Beach, known as the Golden Mile Section. ✈️ Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 7.7 miles 🏦 Broadway At The Beach is about 3.6 miles ⚾ The Ripken Experience Myrtle Beach is about 5.3 miles 🏦 Myrtle Beach Convention Center is about 3.2 miles Getting Around: Easy access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area. Routine Pest Control happens on the second Thursday of every month. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.
