Boardwalk 1139 Are you looking for a recently updated vacation rental with stunning oceanfront views? The search ends here! Check out this beautiful 11th floor, oceanfront vacation rental at the Boardwalk Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. This condo is fully furnished with everything you need for your next vacation! It features 2 full size beds, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 murphy bed (wall bed), and will comfortably accommodate 8 guests. Upon arrival guests will find the main entry doorway with 1139/1140 on the door. After going through this door, you will enter a small foyer with two additional doorways. To the left is unit 1139! Making your way into this unit you will go through a hallway. To the right is the main bedroom! This bedroom features 2 full size beds, a nightstand between the beds, a dresser, large TV, access to the private balcony, and access to the ensuite bathroom. This bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, and mirror! As of Spring 2024, this unit features some gorgeous updates that include tile flooring, new paint, new baseboards, new decor, new kitchen cabinets, new granite counter tops, and new appliances. The kitchen is located in between the bedroom and living room and features new full-size appliances. Guests will have access to a fridge / freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kitchen sink, and plentiful cabinet space! The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware, utensils, dishes and cups, and everything you'll need to cook! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short drive or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Post Mates have become very popular food delivery options along the Grand Strand. Behind the kitchen is where the 2nd full bathroom is located. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, and mirror! Entering the living room, guests will find the most desirable area of the entire apartment. The living room is fully furnished with a couch that converts to a bed, an accent chair, coffee table, large TV, and access to the oceanfront balcony! This is a perfect rental for a couple, group of friends, or a family! Located on the 11th floor of the Boardwalk Resort, the view from the balcony is breathtaking, and many of our guests have spotted dolphins and beautiful sunsets! Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. Past guests truly love the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own. We are confident that you are going to love this rental and the location. It is truly one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest!
