Minimum Booking Age: 25 The Space: Welcome to the Golden Mile of Myrtle Beach - this unit is located in the highly desired complex, Ocean Forest Villas! This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit is on the third floor of an oceanfront building, so not only will you enjoy the oceanview from your balcony but it will only take a few minutes to walk to the beach. The resort is known for it's location - secluded from some of the larger crowds, while only being a few minutes away from all the attractions, shopping, restaurants, and more that our area has to offer. Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat. Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, RVs or boats in the parking lot. Entry: 3rd floor. \*\*Stairs are required\*\* Self check-in with keypad. Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Other amenities include coffee machine and cooking spices. Family room: Spacious! Access to the oceanview balcony via sliding glass doors. Sofa bed! Bedroom 1: Balcony Access! Bathroom attached. Bathroom 1: Stand up shower. Bedroom 2: Two twin beds. Bathroom 2: Full bathtub and shower. Balcony: Very spacious and private balcony with oceanviews. Pool/hot tubs: There are 2 pools, 1 kids pool, and 2 hot tubs in the complex. The two hot tubs are located next to buildings C and E. The pools will be closed for the season between November 15th and March 15th. One of the hot tubs will remain open year round. Beach: Walk across the street and use one of the entry access points across the dunes! Significantly less crowded than the large resort areas. Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. Extra Essentials: Beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys within the unit for your use. There is also a bluetooth speaker! Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay. Washer/Dryer: Coin operated machines in the complex. $2 per wash and $2 per dry, recommend bringing quarters if you plan to do laundry. Located on the 2nd floor. Other Amenities: Grilling area for guests. Stationary workout equipment along sidewalk in front of condo. Guest Access: Guests will have the condo to themselves (other than locked owner's closets) and are able to access the entire resort and amenities. The Neighborhood: This unit is in the perfect area of Myrtle Beach, known as the Golden Mile Section. ✈️ Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 7.7 miles 🏦 Broadway At The Beach is about 3.6 miles ⚾ The Ripken Experience Myrtle Beach is about 5.3 miles 🏦 Myrtle Beach Convention Center is about 3.2 miles Getting Around: Easy access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area. Other Things to Note: PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay. \*\*Please note there is a ring doorbell at the front door\*\* For details on our cancellation policy, please refer to the booking terms provided during reservation. Important Note: The HOA will be replacing all roof shingles starting around September 15, 2025\. The project may take up to 8 weeks to complete, so please expect some construction activity during this time. ADDITIONAL NOTES: 1\. Guests are required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy. 2\. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms. No pets. Minimum booking age 25\. Max guest count is 6\. Routine Pest Control happens on the second Thursday of every month. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry. Location was great and the beach was never overcrowded in this area, but not far of a drive away from everything either. Decor was really nice. Bathroom is a bit small in the one bathroom with nowhere to really put our things, but we made it work and wouldn’t change our stay over it! Overall you can’t beat it for the price ##### christina B.
