Séjour de 5 nuits en mars 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Courtney R. 31 juill. 2025 Points forts : Propreté Overall the trip was great the room was clean and comfortable.My main issue was with the hotel itself not the room as we instantly had issues the moment we got there.First there were absolutely no carts available and we had to hand carry everything to the room.Second we got stuck in on of the elevators on the north side of the hotel and after more people got stuck in the elevators until someone finally came out and fixed them I believe.And third our first night we were woken up by alarms going off in the building at 5am and the alarms blared for an hour or longer only for the alarms to go off again around 6:30am and 1:30pm.The hotel experienced A LOT of issues while we were there. Again the hotel not the room.The room was great for my family of 4.Great views. Check in was easy. ##### Courtney R. We had few problems but they fix it really quick so the communication is good. Just be aware that if you want your room to have a view of the ocean all of the things in your room will be damp. Kitchen was clean and well equipped. Bathroom is a little small, but was fine for the 2 of us. Water pressure was great. It's small but for two people who weren't in the room very often it was great. Shower was hot with great water pressure. You did not see other people’s balcony. The room was as expected for a beach condo. It was clean and roomy with a small kitchen. I saw lots of people with their dogs, wished I would have brought mine.The only drawback of this location was the parking garage has tight turns to get up and down between floors that were difficult to maneuver.I would highly recommend staying in this location. ##### Peggy C. This unit was by far the best in regard to the private view, pricing and atmosphere. The property manager was communicative, pleasant, and available. The bathroom could use more counter space and better ventilation but that seems common to units on this property. This was the first unit in which we had a bedroom separate from living space which we enjoyed. The view from both the living area and bedroom was tremendous and we did not see any other balconies unless leaning over the rail and really looking around to the right (SW). This was especially helpful since our dog is so sensitive to movement and wants to interact with everyone. Sunrises and sunsets were amazing! The ac/heating units were well placed so as not to interfere with view or movement. My only wish would have been for them to somehow blow away from the bed and seating areas. The unit was clean, well kept and comfortable, including the balcony chairs. While not the fault of the owner, it was disappointing that the Lazy River was not operational and one of the main entry doors to the lobby was broken and heavy to operate, and it was the one closest to the adjacent dog park. ##### Kathie M.
