This is a beautiful property. There were some issues with the unit that we identified once we checked in. However, we notified the staff and they immediately address them.

Spacious, clean and close to all amentias; 10 mins drive to beach; just FYI- fitness room and indoor pool is not for guests only owners, did not know that. Otherwise- great location.

Awesome Vacation Spot

We like Myrtlewood Villas we have been visiting Myrtle Beach for 6 or 7 years and have stayed there all but once. The units we stayed in have always been clean and we have had no issues at all. It was our first time using Palmetto Vacation Rentals, but when knew we could get Myrtlewood Villas we were sold in.

Property was beautiful and well lit at night and well kept. Pools are very small but there are multiples on-site. The Vacation homes are good if you want to be away from any action, you cannot walk to anything.

Amazing Trip

My stay at Magnolia Pointe was amazing. Everything was nice, the villa was comfortable and clean. There were over 10 pools to choose from. The location is perfect, near everything. The beach was only 5 minutes away. We will definitely be returning.

Uncomfortable living conditions

First let me say the location of the condo was great. Centrally located near tourist attractions. The condo itself was very uncomfortable to stay in due to the lack of cleanliness. The decor was nice but 1. Carpet was stain throughout the place. 2.had to purchase batteries to stop beeping detectors and missing detectors 3. There were light bulbs missing from the lamps and chandelier. 4. The sofa was stained and had hair on it. Yuck. 5. There is a stain or substance on one of the bedroom nightstand 6. Kitchen table dirty. There were hand prints and dust or food on the kitchen table. 7. The online description state lake view. We had a view of the golf course. There were other things but I could only upload 8 pictures. With the fear of the spread of Covid 19 proper cleaning procedures and some maintenance should have been done. Also my online receipt had different office hours. I attempted to go to the office to address these issues but it was closed the entire length of our stay. I have rented a condo here before but thru the owner and our stay was perfect. Also you need to put the exact pictures of what is rented. Using photos of your best condos only is deceiving. We rented a hotel the remainder of our trip because everyone was uncomfortable.

The poor check-in was not due to the hotel owners, they were great and took care of our situation quickly. Expedia on the other hand canceled our reservations and did not notify us. We traveled all the way there to be told our reservations were canceled by expedia. Propery management resolved our issue and got us a better room right on the beach.

The location was good but the condition the condo was in was not the best the wifi was horrible the carpet was really dirty and the condo was really dirty we had to clean the bathroom because it had mold and the really old.

I enjoyed everything on the property, but the communication. I called twice for more towels and clean bed sheets and i had a maintenance guy come to the door to fix a leaking sink, but mine wasn't leaking. I told him i just needed clean towels and sheets! He said he would make note of it. In the 3 days we were there i didn't get anything! I called several times each day to get help connecting to internet but it was always had a busy signal, other than that i enjoyed it!
