This condo is on the 12th floor and provides our guests with the most breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean! This condo is pristine, very exquisite in every detail. Entertain in great style from your open spacious combined floor plan, which features a large living room and dining space. The living room has a 55" flat screen smart tv, a pullout queen sleeper sofa, electric fireplace for ambiance or those cooler evenings as the sun sets over the night sky. Both bedrooms have a 50" flat screen tv. The dining room seats 6 with 3 additional seats at the beautiful island and adjacent is a convenient office space here as well. The kitchen has all granite counters, a beautiful glass tile back splash, full size range and refrigerator, cookware, also a coffee pot, microwave, iron & ironing board, hair dryer & dishwasher for your convenience. There is a large pantry area and plenty of cabinet space. The master bedroom features a California king bed, a walk-in closet and laundry room area with a washer & dryer. There is access to the oceanfront balcony here as well. Right outside of the bedroom is a full bathroom, all tiled, with z new walk in shower. The guest room has 2 queen beds, floor to ceiling window with a magnificent view of the ocean, a private bathroom with a shower/Jacuzzi jet tub combo. Both bedrooms have a 50" smart flat screen TV's. This condo is family oriented including a pack-n-play, high chair, stroller & beach cart with accessories. Enjoy the sun, sand and ocean the easy way. This condo was previously listed under a property management company that recently sold to another. We have gone on our own to manage the property and have posted a picture under photos that shows we had 105 reviews @ 4.9% rating for the property. \*Parking Restrictions: 1 parking pass allowed per stay\*. \*Rates are subject to change\* \*Minimum age requirement is 25 \*\*CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS\*\* This a self check-in condo, no need to stop at the front desk. There is a keypad on our front door, so you will let yourself in. Parking pass & pool bands will be in condo as well as beach towels. All of these MUST be returned to condo upon your check-out. \*\*WHAT WE SUPPLY YOU WITH\*\* During your stay we supply linens, bath towels & also beach towels (VERY IMPORTANT THAT THOSE ARE RETURNED TO OUR CONDO) as well as the initial starter pack of toiletries, but ask that you purchase you own for the remainder of you stay. We do not provide daily housekeeping service so we will not be replacing towels or sheets during you stay. Lose track of the days staring out at the ocean, watching the dolphins and sunning on the balcony. Floor to ceiling windows just give this condo such a tranquil vibe. Nothing like waking up to the sunrise and feeling like you’re floating in the clouds beside it! Nicely decorated and furnished. Kitchen is generously equipped and the island is perfect for puzzles!!! Lots of extras for the little ones and very thoughtful to include chairs, floats and other “necessities” for a great day on the beach! Even has a comfy office space…if you have to! We’ve only visited in the winter, so can’t speak much to the summer season, but we’ve found that the area has a fantastic food scene and looks to be growing daily!
