The Space: Wake up from a fantastic night's sleep and meet the sunrise over the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean so close to this oceanfront home away from home that you feel like you are on top of the water. The views will make you want to stay forever! Cook up a yummy breakfast in the large kitchen of this comfy beach condo that provides ample space for the family to help. While the kids have their breakfasts, you can head to the balcony to sip a peaceful cup of morning coffee while you admire the waves below. Later, head out so the kids can play in one of the heated pool while you lounge nearby or head to the beach to make a family sandcastle on the beach while you watch the waves. A: NO - There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort fees. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay. Q: 'Can I Check-In Early?' A: MAYBE – Our cleaners offer a very limited number of priority check-ins each day that would allow guests to arrive at 1PM. The cost is $50 and they must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. They are available on a first come, first served basis. If you would like to add this to your booking, please message us and we will provide additional instructions. Q: 'Can I Check-Out Late?' A: NO – Sorry, but due to the cleaning schedule, departure times cannot be changed. Q: 'Are bath towels and sheets included?' A: YES – We provide sheets for the beds listed and also 1 bath towel and wash cloth per the occupancy of the property you rented. We do not allow bath towels to be taken to the beach, so please make arrangements for beach/pool towels. Q: 'Is parking included?' A: YES - Parking is free for TWO cars. You will receive TWO parking passes per unit rented, which is limited by the HOA. Parking passes must be returned to the unit prior to checkout to avoid a $25 replacement fee. In addition, you will receive a keycard for the parking garage that must be returned to the unit prior to departure to avoid a $100 replacement fee. Q: 'Can I Pay for an Extra Parking Pass?' A: NO – Sorry, but parking pass limits are set by the buildings due to the limited parking space available. However, in Myrtle Beach, you can contact the Pavillion Parking Garage that will allow you to park at most meters in the City of Myrtle Beach. The cost of a visitor meter pass is currently $50 per week (Spring 2024). Q: 'Are there pool arm bands?' A: YES - Pool bands are included for this unit. Q: 'Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?' A: NO - You are on vacation! However, we do ask that you treat the property with care so it stays nice for others & follow a few guidelines before you leave: Please empty the refrigerator, bag up your trash & take out any excess that won’t fit in the cans, and wash your dishes or load/run the dishwasher (if equipped) before you leave. We do not expect you to clean or do laundry before you check out, but we do ask that you tidy up after yourself with those few items that are not included in the cleaning fee. Q: 'Do you allow pets?' A: NO, sorry - Pets are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws. However, we do currently rent 5 properties where we can accept small dogs. Contact us for more details. Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?' A: NO, sorry – SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke or if we find that you have tampered with the smoke detectors to hide that smoking has occurred, it will result in a minimum $250 charge. Please be sure to read the entire rental agreement and house rules for more information about smoking. Q: 'Are there pots/pans/dishes?' A: YES - The kitchen is equipped with the basic items needed for cooking/eating. If there is some specialty small appliance you enjoy, please feel free to bring it along. Guest Access: The condo is your exclusive home away from home. This is not a shared property. You can relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Check out a terrific restaurant in Murrell's Inlet or head a little farther South to see the Atalaya Castle and walk the marsh boardwalks at Huntington Beach State Park or all the beauty Brookgreen Gardens has to offer. Head slightly north and check out Broadway At The Beach, Ripley’s Believe It Or Not Museum, Myrtle Waves Water Park, Hollywood Wax Museum, Myrtle Beach Room Escape, Radical Ropes, Myrtle Beach Safari, SkyWheel, Myrtle Beach Speedway, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, The Pavilion, Landry's, Hard Rock Café and so much more!. Don't worry! We will give you access to an electronic guidebook with all of our favorite places to make it a little easier for you. Getting Around: For the very best experience, we recommend that guests have a car. There is so much to do that the freedom of a car is very nice. However, other transportation options are available. There are plenty of taxi cabs available - including a taxi stand at Broadway at the Beach in case you need a ride back from the clubs. Uber and Lyft are plentiful and inexpensive. Other Things to Note: Enjoy the OPEN AIR arrival with NO FRONT DESK CHECK-IN at this home away from home. Please be aware that it is very busy during bike weeks, especially during Atlantic Beach Bike Fest, and the can lead to police managed traffic flows, a lot of traffic, and crowded conditions in the area. In addition, our busiest week is 4th of July week. While parking is ample in the parking garage, it is on a 1st come 1st served basis. This unit is self-catering. Consumable items such as toiletries, cleaning products, and paper products are not included. Starter rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and hotel size soap and shampoo are provided as a courtesy, but guests will need to bring or purchase additional supplies after these are used up. Amenities may be subject to closure/interruption without notice due to inclement weather, new restrictions, or other unforeseen issues as determined by the HOA, service providers, and building management. Food and beverage facilities run by the front desk are not accessible when renting privately. However, there are many food and beverage options very close, including a fantastic beach bar next door. \*\*PLEASE NOTE: The hot tub for the building is undergoing an upgrade and will not re-open until fall 2024\*\* In case you are traveling in a larger group, we rent other condos in the building. Only had 2 issues..1\. We drive a Ram and it was to tall for parking garage and 2\. The mattresses need updated soon. The king one squeaked so that when one of us turned over it woke the other one up. Neither one of these issues were enough to make us not rent this beautiful room again.
