This fabulous, spacious, elegantly decorated three bedroom condo is located in the luxurious "Island Vista" resort building and has been designed with every attention to detail and enjoys breathtaking direct oceanfront views. The condo has been refurbished, with full redecoration (2022), new hardwood flooring (2023), new curtains (2023) and beautifully upgraded kitchen with top of the range stainless steel appliances (2020). The condo is equipped with FREE WIFI INTERNET service, Roku and cable TV. The master bedroom looks out over the ocean with patio door access to the large balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. The master suite has a king size bed with top quality, new pillow-top mattresses and 600 thread-count luxury bamboo linens. This bedroom has a built-in closet, a luggage rack and chest of drawers with a new 48'" flat screen LED HDTV and blu-ray Internet capable DVD player. The master en-suite bathroom is fully tiled with a luxurious jetted tub, a separate double sized power shower with giant rain drop shower head, double vanity with granite counter and 2 basins, and WC. There is a built-in hairdryer and all our bathrooms are supplied with an abundance of extra thick and fluffy luxury towels. The second bedroom suite also offers a plush split king size bed (which can be converted to two singles for those who prefer it) complete with a new pillowtop mattress and luxury 600 thread count bamboo linens, a built in closet, chest of drawers, elegant armchair, luggage rack and a new 46" flat screen LED HDTV and internet capable bluray player. The second en-suite bathroom is also fully tiled and has a tub/shower combination, built-in hairdryer, vanity unit with granite counter all supplied with top quality luxury extra thick and fluffy towels and a WC. The third bedroom has 2 full/queen size beds with new mattresses, fine luxury bamboo linens, built in closet, chest of drawers, luggage rack, new 42" LED HDTV. The third bathroom is also fully tiled with a shower/tub combination, vanity with granite counter, built-in hairdryer, luxury extra thick and fluffy towels, and a WC. The unit is fully equipped with a full size washer and dryer for laundry convenience. The large, spacious kitchen is fully stocked with every convenience a cook would want. There are white Shaker cabinets, solid granite counter-tops for that chic and luxurious feel, new top of the line coffee maker, toaster, kettle, all utensils, crockery and flatware, and full size stainless steel refrigerator and freezer, stainless steel stove, matching stainless microwave and a full size stainless dishwasher. The kitchen also enjoys a fabulous ocean view, and provides seating for 2 more guests at the granite breakfast bar. The main living/dining area is extremely spacious and luxuriously furnished with a queen sleeper/sofa with a new memory foam and gel foam super comfy mattress, 2 rocker/swivel armchairs, a coffee table and TV consul with new 52' flat screen LED HDTV and internet capable blu-ray player, and an eight- ten seater dining table and chairs. The living room opens to a very large balcony enjoying unadulterated and uninterrupted oceanfront and views and is equipped with a dining table and chairs for outdoor eating, rocking wicker relaxer chairs with coffee tables. The condo is high enough up to avoid the pool noise in summer and enjoy total privacy, and low enough to be close to the parking garage levels. This condo is second to none in spacious accommodation, luxury appointments, attention to every detail and is in pristine condition. The resort offers a fabulous, award winning full-service bar and restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner right on site and the beachfront spa services and fabulous pools are just amazing. There is also a seasonal Tiki Bar and Pizzeria serving food and beverages all day. Pros: condo is very clean and has beautiful ocean view however is partially obstructed on left by parking garage. 2 large beautiful outdoor pools and plenty of seating Firepit areas with comfortable seating Large condo 3 bed 3 bath plenty of room for our family of 4\. Could easily fit larger party.Owner Louise was very responsive and texted back quickly. Quiet peaceful location away from busy downtown Beach nice for walking.Many attractions 30min or less drive from this pointCons: No place to store baggage if early arrival. We were very early and we had no where to place our bags while awaiting room to be ready. If we booked direct with resort they would have held bags for us. After 2 hrs the owner did allow for us to leave our bags in room. We stood out in terrible weather this entire time as the hotel does not have many common areas. By this time we had already rented a car just to get out of rain and have place to store bags temporarily.Unable to use resort towels or beach chairs. Owner does provide both although 4 days and 4 people must do laundry to have enough.Chairs provided old need replacing.Limited resort amenities: fine dining restaurant, indoor and outdoor pool. Need more basic casual food options.Our kids are 13, 12 yo and did not care for indoor pool the younger kids at hotel seemed to enjoy. Not in walking distance of shops, restaurants. It’s a great property with so so much to offer the entire family - adults, tweens, and teens! The condo had everything we needed. It was very comfortable and clean. The only recommendation is to read the fine print description of the condo because the beds are not as described in the summary. There are only 4 real beds. The rest are tiny ottoman sleepers or a pull out sofa. Other than that everything was great. ##### Deanna B. Pool and beach are really accessible. Owner is really easy to work with. Overall clean and well appointed with furniture- dated but decent. Beds were comfortable. Areas of concern: toilets are not working well and nuanced for flush. Takes time to figure out. Electrical outlets are hit or miss if they work. No beach chairs but quite a few camp chairs. Posting is a little misleading on beds. Grown adults could sleep 6 comfortably in rooms. 2 more on pull out but rest is chairs that fold out and won’t fit in 2 of the rooms at all. No cable and only 2 TVs are smart TVs. Other 2 rooms are only dvd player that we could figure out. Parking deck is dangerous and tight but maybe that is the norm in Myrtle beach. ##### Andrea M.
