The complex is less than 1/2 mile to the ocean; there are sidewalks guiding you down to the beach. You will enjoy being in a quiet area removed from larger crowds while still minutes away from the ocean, shopping, restaurants, attractions and golf courses that the Grand Strand has to offer. This is the perfect spot for a family or couple getaway! Minimum booking age: 25 The Space: It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas! Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot. Entry: No stairs required - 1st floor unit! Self check-in with keypad. Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Family room: Enjoy cable TV or streaming services on the large flat screen Roku TV. Sleeper sofa! Access to large screened in patio via back doors. Bedroom 1: Patio access! 1 queen bed. Overlooks a small complex pool. Pool/hot tubs/amenities: The complex has an indoor swimming pool, indoor hot tub, sauna, outdoor swimming pool, sun decks, a grilling area, and a clubhouse - all while being just a short walk to the beach. Beach: Walk out of the community and turn right, towards the ocean. Walk less than .5 miles down to our beautiful beach. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay. Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay. Washer/Dryer: Private in condo. Guest Access: You will have access to the entire condo (except for an owners closet) along with access to all amenities that are in the complex (pools/hot tub/grilling).
