The only one fault, is that the if you are looking for an ocean view, you will not see that only because the rental faces the front of the tower and you will see the view of the parking lot where RV's are located . Very big condo to accommodate our family and great location. Only complaint is there is only one key to enter the building from the pool or late at night, which made things a little difficult with a big family. Large unit in Margate, convenient to restaurants and shopping. There is only a small view of the ocean however from one of the bedroom windows. The carpet was visibly soiled in the dining room and smelled in the master bedroom. The beds were so hard my son bought mattress pads so his family could sleep. The cushions on the couches were clean but collapsed to the floor when you sat down. The tvs and showers were fine and kitchen appliances worked well. We did have to clean the glass cook top before using it. This unit obviously needs some major updates and attention to attract renters since the view is poor. The agent handling the rental was very responsive to our concerns and said she would relay them to the owner and the cleaning crew.
