Beauty and comfort surround this well appointed condo in gated Pawleys Plantation Resort, with golf course designed by golf legend Jack Nicklaus. This second floor condominium has been upgraded with hardwood floors, renovated bathrooms, and new kitchen. Our condo has light and cheerful décor, flat screen televisions, a well stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, separated bedrooms by living area, comfortable beds, a screened -in porch overlooking the tenth fairway. Enjoy access to a resort pool just a short walk away, along with the Country Club, Pro Shop, and Palmetto Grill. Just minutes away from South Carolina's Pawleys island beaches, Historic Georgetown, and Murrells Inlet , the seafood capital of South Carolina.

Well located, well appointed and impeccably clean

The title of this review pretty well says it all. This unit is located on the 10th hole of Pawleys Plantation, is well appointed and very clean. Communications with the owner are easy and quick. This was our second year in this unit and again we enjoyed it thoroughly.

Pawley’s Island

From the first impression driving onto the property to the end of our stay was just about perfect. The condo was exactly as advertised with everything we needed including beach chairs. The only negative might be the mowers and grounds keeping equipment started before sunrise. While it wasn’t a big problem for us, it may be for some. Oh, and someone put the toilet paper on the roll going under instead of over. Everyone knows that’s just wrong. 😂😂😂

Property was overlooking #10 fairway @ Pawleys Plantation allowing afternoon sun to earn up porch area. Due to cooler than normal temperatures - this was perfect! Bedrooms were spacious & clean and the unit was perfectly stocked with everything we needed to have 6 days of excellent golf!

We had a great time. space was clean and it felt like home. the only thing that I had trouble with was that I couldn’t figure out how to run the dishwasher. Also since I didn’t know the area, I didn’t know how to get to the beach.

Excellent place to stay.

Condo was just as advertised. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils you would need to make a good meal. It was a very quiet location. The owners were very responsive to our needs and returned phone calls/ emails in a timely manner. We would highly recommend this condo and will go back again.
