The maids need to be paid somehow so the cleaning fee is well worth their time and energy making the space perfect for the next guest! Contacted her via email, VRBO messages, and phone call on the day of arrival and never received anything back. All the access codes that she sent (parking garage, tower code, and internet) was WRONG. If it wasn’t for friendly neighbors, we would have no access besides directly to our condo door. Toilet in the master bedroom took 30 mins to refill before you could flush again. Spare bathroom light would not turn off. Otherwise, the place was clean and overall experience was ok - just don’t expect anything luxurious. ##### Brooke R. We had a few issues during our stay and I tried reaching out several times and received NO response! End after our stay I received a generic email saying how to check out without addressing any concerns we had. Very disappointing! Place is situated in a nice part with plenty to do.
