Listen to the peaceful sound of the waves at night and you will sleep like a baby. The master has a king size bed and private bathroom (tub & shower). The master also has private balcony access via a sliding glass door. You will love the view of the beach and ocean from the master. Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen (all stainless steel appliances) with an amazing view of the beach and ocean as you prepare a meal or a drink. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, plates, glasses and utensils you will need. We also have a Keurig coffeemaker, a blender and a digital air fryer oven/toaster. The dining table seats six and there are four bar stools, giving you enough room to seat a total of ten people. The vaulted ceiling in the living room gives the room a spacious feel. And the view? The full length window provides the best view you will find anywhere along the Grand Strand! The unit has a screened entry area as you enter. The entry area has a closet with a full washer and dryer, so doing laundry is a breeze. There are also cabinets filled with beach toys (shovels, buckets, etc.). We also provide several beach chairs, a beach umbrella or two, and two coolers (large and small) for your enjoyment. Our complex has only 12 units, and the buildings surrounding us are also small. This means our beach is less crowded and you can spread out, relax, and play in the sand and ocean while you enjoy a perfect vacation. This is especially nice for families with children. We are sure you will love staying at our home. We take pride in our second home and we are looking for guests who will take care of our home-away-from-home while enjoying a nice vacation on a relaxing beach. Our building has many long-time family owners who work hard to keep a well-maintained complex. For your convenience, Coastal Condos is located less than a mile from the condo and will handle all the rental details including check-in and check-out, providing you with your keys, parking passes, and all sanitized linens (towels and bed sheets). They can also help you with recommendations and questions during your stay-Cindy or Shane at Coastal Condos are lifelong residents of the area and can provide all the information you need for a memorable vacation. Coastal Condos is located at 305 Main Street, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582. We are dog friendly from September through May (2 well-behaved small dogs maximum). The primary guest must be age 25 or over. We cater to families who want to enjoy a nice vacation at the beach. House parties are strictly prohibited! Due to HOA rules, no motorcycles are allowed on the property. The toaster oven looked like it wasnt cleaned in months, floors not swept or moped, counter tops not wiped down. Rick was nice enough to send cleaners there again but sadly they only swept and moped the floors . Toaster oven and other appliances were still not cleaned. Not Ricks fault as he has no clue how clean the apartment is unless he comes and checks it. While the place itself is nicely decorated and is in a beautiful location, cleanliness was a big problem. Sad how some people treat other peoples homes. Lost a lot of money on this trip. Pretty sickening to think about. ##### betta D. After walking up and down the beach every day we realized how lucky we got with this location. The beach was never crowded even at high tide due to no high rises close by and we didn’t have to run out at sun rise to save a spot. The beds were comfy and the linens were in the room ready when we got there. While we were initially hesitant on the third floor location we were so grateful we got this one as the view from living room and bedroom was amazing. The porch furniture was nice as well. Surprisingly the unit actually had great chairs and umbrella for use (we didn’t use these since we brought them since we have been burned before by this). But we could have easily just showed up and used the multiple beach toys and boogie boards and chairs/coolers provided. Have seriously never stayed at a place this well stocked. Also loved walking along 9th Ave behind this condo with our dog each morning. The houses were beautiful and very quiet stroll if didn’t want to walk the beach. The location was still very convenient to Walmart and nice restaurants. We had a fun time one evening at Murphys beach bar singing karaoke. Rick and Regina are absolutely wonderful kind hosts, they truly care about their guests. We made so many memories at the condo from watching the sunrise out on the patio, playing dominoes and games nightly, and enjoying the perfect spot right on the beach with not too many crowds. The condo comes with everything you could possibly need, we forgot a beach volleyball no worries the condo had one and plenty of chairs/umbrella and sand toys. We have an elder dog that we take everywhere with us, and we really appreciate that the hosts allowed us to bring our fur family as well. It’s hard to find great places like that. This condo complex has the dunes and so much grassy area, which we love and appreciated especially bringing a pup along. In all the years of visiting NMB, this condo has now become our favorite with the space, cleanliness, unbelievable view, it truly is a home away from home. We cannot wait to be back next year!! Rick the owner was great and very responsive, his home is beautiful with a million dollar view. Our problem began when we got to the management company to get our keys and although I called them early to let them know we would not be there until after hours and they assured me our linens would be dropped off and the keys would be in the pick up box neither of those things happened. Luckily Rick the owner was very responsive and put a fire under their butts to get us what we needed. I’ve never stayed at a place where I had to put on my own bedding but I learned with this trip that is a possibility and will check into that before booking another VRBO trip. If the management group did not notice when they had to come back to the office to get our keys that they also did not deliver our needed bedding and towels, we may have lost our religion and I am sure the owner may have too. We were busy with soccer all day Saturday and when we finally got back to the condo, it was extremely warm inside. After checking the settings and everything we figured the air went out, I texted Rick right away and he jumped on it but his company could not get out there until after we checked out, so he had to go to the guys his mgmt team uses, all I can say is Wow, they were useless. They replaced the battery in the thermostat and said that should fix it. NO IT DID NOT, Duh! Out of letters 4 more ##### Diane E. I notified the owner of the areas the cleaning company had missed. I SHOULD have confirmed that the pool was heated - and it is not. The view is gorgeous and beach access is easy. The beds were very comfortable as well. If we were ever going back to North Myrtle Beach, we would want to stay in the same condo. ##### Marilyn T. First, Rick is a wonderful host, very friendly, responsive and genuinely interested in making sure you are well provided for a good experience. The property is exactly as represented. Very well laid out and roomy (the high ceilings made it feel more spacious). The furnishings were very comfortable and in very good condition, including plenty of great outdoor chairs and tables on the balcony. Speaking of the balcony, it can be accessed from both the living room and master bedroom, with screen doors on both to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. The kitchen is stocked better than most, with everything you need. There are lots of games for family entertainment, as well as plenty of beach gear. There is also full size washer and dryer in unit. As for the main event, you will be right on the beach, with magnificent views and very easy beach access. The beach itself is exceptional, with great swimming. In addition to prime beach location, you will also be reasonably close to the main street area. All things considered, this is at the top of my list for beach experiences, and I look forward to returning. ##### Mark M. Observed sunrise and sunset from the balcony every day. The condo is very comfortable and has everything you need to stay there. Unfortunately a few of the skillets were not clean and the kitchen counter was also dirty. It needed a good wiping down. Be prepared to climb three sets of steps to get to the third floor and carry big laundry bags of the sheets and towels. Enjoyed our five days here. Great location and close to restaurants. The view from balcony and living room window is perfect! ##### James W. The only issue we had was the fact that my husband and I are seniors climbing steps to the 3rd floor was a lot. Although we knew ahead of time there would be 3 flights of steps because we were staying on the 3rd floor, we didn't expect to carry 2 extremely heavy bags of linens up all those stairs. But once we got everything in, we enjoyed the condo very much and would highly recommend it. The owners and property managers were very accommodating. ##### K C. We've been coming to MB for over 35 years...since before we had kids. This was our first condo experience, as the smaller mom & pop places we loved have since been sold. So needless to say we were a bit apprehensive. We shouldn't have been. From my initial booking back in October, to the very day we arrived, Rick has been nothing short of amazing to work with. Every email to him over the past 10 months, and I mean EVERY email, has been responded to almost immediately. No question was considered silly, even though I often felt bad bothering him! The condo itself is bright and beautiful, including a fully stocked kitchen, and the sunrise every morning was breathtaking. We had 6 adults, 2 grandsons under 4, and a very well behaved granddog, and we were very comfortable. I really just cant say enough about Rick and his property. Beds were comfortable and I liked having a washer & dryer in our unit so I didn’t have as much work when we got home. Plenty of pillows and blankets which at some places is an issue. All appliances worked, AC was nice and cool and overall we had a wonderful experience. Communication with Rick was excellent and he reached out during our stay and after .
