It was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and about 10 minutes to the boardwalk and all the nearby restaurants. The home was spacious as it had 7 beds and 2 baths. I brought our dog and the fenced in yard was a wonderful addition to the property and enough space for him to stretch his legs and play in the back yard. It had everything we needed. I was very surprised to find that it was so much more comfortable than a hotel room. We did miss the pool at a hotel but the comforts of staying in a house was much nicer. The kids could play outside during downtime which was better than trying to keep them cooped up in a hotel room. It was a short 2 minute walk to everything. No elevators that was the plus for me lol. It was an easy walk to the beach area. Clean inside. The property owner is very nice. They do have general rules but as discussed with the owner maybe shortening the list or adding to the website to make everyone aware to eliminate the multiple messages that came through. It was beautiful, clean, relaxing, and safe feeling! I walked every where it was so close to everything. Everyone in the area was super nice! Only reason I didn’t want to leave a wonderful review because selfishly I want to have it again next year! Like a good fishing hole! Perfect for singles, couples, families! The owner of the property checked in with us and made sure we were settling in alright. Everytime I had a question, they got back to me quickly. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the listing says that it sleeps 12. The house will definitely sleep 12, but that many people would not be able to stay comfortably in the house. There were only 2 chairs for the dining room table and only 4 people could sit in the living room. This wasn't a concern for us since we didn't have that many people. However, i am unsure of the home holding 12 people. We had minor problems that the owners were willing to fix.
