These need to be returned to the unit on departure. \- Daily maid service is NOT included in this rental. The basic linen package includes comforters, sheets, pillowcases for all beds. As part of the linen package, you get all bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels. As with linens, a third-party company that is providing this service and not part of Stratus Properties. The toilet wouldn’t flush unless you held the handle down, shower head was terrible, lightout in fridge, kitchen sink wouldn’t let you change water from spray to running water and if you turned water up to full pressure it would sprsy out of sink, bathroom sink stopper was lodged in sink and wouldn’t raise up to drain water and was definitely an on going problem because the stopper was all scratched up where people had tried to take objects to pry it free. Back was off remote in bedroom and every time you picked it up batteries fell out. Never any luggage racks to transport your luggage only seen two the entire week. Just lots of little things that should be addressed. Very annoying ##### Trena C. The pools, location to the beach, and restaurants. The only downfall was the unloading and loading process. There weren’t enough carts or enough space for more than one or two vehicles to unload at a time. Other than that, checking in was a breeze with an email straight to you and not having to go anywhere to physically check in. The view was spectacular and we loved all the pools! Highly recommend! They just need to figure out their loading and unloading area a little better. ##### Breanne M.
