It is still Ocean Blvd., but it is out of the crazy traffic of the South end. It is still close to everything and walkable to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and Cane Patch golf. There is even a Starbucks a few blocks away. This neighborhood is just a bit more quaint than the other areas of Ocean Blvd with tree-lined streets, uncrowded sidewalks, and an oceanfront fitness walk. In our opinions, it is the perfect combination of resort (with tons of amenities) and relaxing vacation. Getting Around: For the very best experience, we recommend that guests have a car. There is so much to do that the freedom of a car is very nice. However, other transportation options are available. There is a bus line that runs the length of Ocean Blvd. There are also plenty of taxi cabs available - including a taxi stand at Broadway at the Beach in case you need a ride back from the clubs. Uber and Lyft are plentiful and inexpensive. Interaction with Guests: We pride ourselves on the excellent service our guest appreciate. We like to give our guests space to relax, but we are available should you need anything! We will be accessible via text or through the message systems from where you book. Expect a prompt response. The condo had a nice location and close access to the beach. Unfortunately we had an issue with the unit not being clean, multiple things broken and a pest problem. We had a toilet leak from the floor every time it was flushed. We could not use a microwave due to one being broken and one being full of maggots. We had cockroaches in our unit on multiple days. We could not use the dishwasher. We did no cooking and lots of cleaning at our own expense to help with the pest problem. We reported our problems and got no resolve. We asked for partial refund and were told no. ##### Melisa B. It felt wet and spinet the entire stay. Had to wear shoes the entire stay. It was not clean as I am used to. My family left a day early. We found a bloody tissue under the sofa in living room. The dish drain was dirty. Had a scrub it before I used it. Also the electrical outlet in the bedroom did not work. ##### Cindy M.
