My 16 year old niece left her wallet in the room. We called when we were halfway home to PA and nobody was helpful. Kingston Team members ignored our plea for help. Housekeeping took our call but provided zero follow up. Overall highly disappointed in the conclusion after what was a fantastic trip in a wonderful clean condo. We had more than enough room to accommodate us. Balcony is great size, with a great view. Kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals. In suite laundry was great. Shuttle service to amenities was very handy. Wish the bed in the primary was a little softer with better bedding and pillows. That being said you can see the ocean from the bed.
