This popular Fairways Condo awaits your next vacation or business trip. Recently renovated first floor, one-bedroom, one bathroom condo at The Fairways at River Oaks in Myrtle Beach, SC with a community pool and hot tub. This condo is at a great central location for access to shopping, lots of dining options, golf and entertainment. The community is a mile off of Highway 501 and Highway 31 (the two main highways in the area) and within only a few minutes from multiple award-winning golf courses.  
  
The condo is less than a 10-minute drive from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, the beautiful Grand Strand beaches, Broadway at the Beach (a large dining and entertainment complex), Coastal Grand Mall, Market Common, Top Golf and many other attractions.
