An outdoor sitting area along with a fenced side yard for your fur baby! The decor is beach-inspired, creating a relaxed and airy ambiance. This unit has a small kitchen, perfect for preparing light meals or snacks. The shared space of the property, is just the parking area. and the property still allows for individual privacy. The year before we had stayed in the middle unit and this year we decided to book this one. It was beautiful inside with one loveseat and breakfast nook. Two bedrooms, one probably suited for adults and the other for children. The smaller bedroom had a tv and master did not. The small kitchen was nice but we did not use anything other than the fridge and kerig. I do think next year we would prefer the other unit just because the master bedroom was much larger and had more couches in the living area. The location of this properly is prime. Literally 5,10 minute walk to the beach and right next to breakfast spots. 10 min drive to broadway on the beach which we visited almost everyday. 5 minute drive to the boardwalk. The location is quiet and has plenty of space to walk your dogs. We will be back! ##### Kelly M. The only issue I had was it was not listed as a duplex or connected unit with others.Every now and then I could hear others in the house. I had two dogs and a bird with me so I did not want to inconvenience others if they were to bark or be noisy. The location is amazing! A short 10 min walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants and stores in walking distance as well. Super close to the board walk and other activities. Longest we drove was 15 mins away.
