The decor has a very Jimmy Buffett vibe which we all loved. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were cozy. The bathrooms are very nice and updated. Some furniture shows signs of wear and tear but overall, it was perfect for our needs. I stayed with a few friends and we were able to easily walk to several restaurants and bars. The building on the other hand was odd, to say the least. There is a parking garage in the middle that all the units front doors face. Only a half wall separated the hallway leading to the units and the garage. The noise of car tire squealing around the garage and blaring music into the later evening can be heard in unit, especially the front bedroom. The hall carpets were dirty and many of the unit doors were also dirty. One of the 2 elevators never worked which took a lot of time to arrive. Dirty outdoor trash cans are on every floor.This is described as a luxury property, but I disagree. Luxury can only be used if the entire building can be described that way, too. There was a broken white stove, possible taken from another unit, sitting in the garage right outside the internal entrance to the elevators. It was the first thing we noticed when entering the building. It was still there when we left this morning after a 3 night stay.One nice thing was the ocean view, which I gather is why the unit was expensive. ##### Lisa E. Well appointed and well maintained. Beautiful view from the balcony and relaxing sounds of the waves. The pool area was great, different types of pools, hot tubs, plenty of lounge chairs, tables and chairs, swings and hammocks. Beach is steps away and also well maintained. The customer service was outstanding. We received a call from the management company asking if checkin went well and if we needed anything. We did have an issue with the dryer and they dispatched someone right away who was pleasant to work with fixed the issue. Communication through VRBO was easy and quickly responded to. Lastly, they provided a small basket of snacks and coffee and tea which was such a nice touch! We will be back! ##### Sarah C.
