Amazing staff! Very kind lovely people. But pools were very dirty, no working elevator, very confusing to get into the office because it was blocked off from the entrance, rooms overall were nice comfy beds, clean.

Now the staff are nice, don’t get me wrong. Beds were made up, while being dirty, bath and showers are absolutely disgusting. Building should definitely be inspected. Black mold throughout, sketchy as all get out!!

This is a complete scam. The is not an oceanfront resort it is literally an abandoned building that looks like a motel from the inside and outside. It was dirty. Never again.

It looked abandoned, staff was nice but not helpful, we didn't have a TV in our room, when we got one it didn't come with a remote and we asked multiple times, never got one, the ac dripped all over the balcony, there was no wifi, the fridge barely kept the drinks cold and only 1 outlet worked in the entire room, plus the check in time started at 11am and we had to wait hours for a room.

This hotel is not open. The whole building is roped off and under construction. I called the hotel and couldn't get through whatsoever. Room was in an abandon rundown building in filthy surrounding. Couldnt get through to anybody on phone. Took an hour to locate actual staff and check in. No towels. Sand in the shower upon arrival. No TV. Our room looked like the staged room for online photos in an abandon building. "Ocean front" was ground level with old, nasty, empty pool area in front of us. Beds were okay and AC did work. Told to leave keys in room upon checkout.

I didnt like that the parking wasn't near the hotel. The two room hadn't seem like thet were clean. My other room didn't have a TV and my room did but i couldn't watch anything. Wow what a vacation.
