The moment we stepped inside, we were surprised at how musty the room smelled. We found the beds were comfortable, but the noise from the parking garage right outside the door required us to use white noise to drown out the motorcycles and horns. The tile floors felt damp and when a towel was used to wipe them, we were shocked to see how dirty the floor was. We wore socks or shoes the rest of our stay. We were out for most of one day at an event and thought we forgot the code to enter the parking deck. We called the toll free number for Elliot Rentals, hoping they could help, we spoke to someone who was completely rude, unprofessional, and unwilling or able to help. Decent location, but I’m not sure we would go back. ##### Angela S.
