Staff was on their toes and diligent about maintaining the facilities while tending to visitors as well. Front desk staff was very polite, allowed me to check in early after a long drive. Once I got to my room their ambassador, Bonnie, greeted me with a warm welcome and helped get me acclimated to the hostel. Parking is plentiful, even during a busy time like bike week. The hotel grounds were generally well kept, however the pool and hot tub should be cleaned more frequently when there is an abundance of guest as there was. This didn't hamper my experience much but can be off putting to many. Overall, always a great experience staying at the hostel. The rooms are in a condition much better than others in the area, especially for the price. The best part of my visit was getting to meet Bonnie, the ambassador for the hotel. What a blessing she is to have there, made me feel right at home. She did an excellent job explaining things and was just a pleasant experience overall. My only suggestion would be for them to have a little more access control. Saw quite a few people in off the street and utilize facilities like the pool and hot tub. Was also concerned in regards to the safety of people and properties in their parking garage. Didn't see many cameras, and there were people walking about all hours of the night. Went out a few time to check my car. Overall, great experience. I'd give it a 3.5/5 honestly. This was my first time staying here and it was such a cool experience I only had two roommates to show up altogether but it was nice meeting new people and Ms.Bonnie was extremely helpful with everything I loved her!
