BEACH VACATION AT IT'S BEST!
Beautiful ocean view from your balcony on the 8th floor. Indoor & Outdoor pools, Sauna, hot tub, lazy river, restaurant & tiki bar on premises (Friday night Karaoke) along with a game room.
•Free Wi-Fi is provided •No pets allowed.
•This is a non-smoking resort, however over by the Tikki bar there is a smoking area. •The Condo is family Friendly. •This is unit 818 with the best view of the beach and the boulevard. •Condo is privately owned & well cared for & comes supplied with the usual amenities' sheets, towels, TP, pots and pans. (Coffee is furnished).
•Laundromat on 1st floor •Parking is all around and garage is just across the street. The Check in is as simple as punching the code at the main entrance and the code for the condo door which you will receive after booking. (NO HASSEL) No one will be in or out of your condo during your stay except an emergency.
•This is not a hotel there is no room service.
•All we ask is that when you leave throw your used towels in the bathtub and take out the trash / leave the sheets on the bed we'll take care of it from there/Thanks for looking.

In general, our stay was pleasant. However, the cooking utensils (pots and pans) need to be replaced. The hot pads were worn. The heating coils on top of the stove was not level. The ocean view was good. The owners quickly responded when we had a question. The parking was great.

The condo is as pictured, in great condition! Location is good with beach access just steps away from the back door of the resort. Instructions were thorough and I was able to get my questions answered very quickly. 10/10 would definitely recommend this host!

Review

This place came as advertised. The beds were comfortable and having a fridge, stove and microwave was nice. The onsite laundry room (1st floor) was convenient as well. There is a Wal Mart within a mile so getting food for lunches was nice. Even though you have to walk a block to get to the parking garage, it is very secure with key card access into the garage and side entry door. We spent most of our time on the beach and because of the bright sun, we rented an umbrella and chairs each day. Even though $50 a day sounds high, if you reserve one for 4 days, it goes down to $35 a day. It goes down even more if you book for more days than that. They have everything ready for you by 8AM and it has your name on it each day so there is no mistake on who it belongs to. The sunrise in June comes up behind the tower adjacent to the balcony so we had to go down to the beach to see it. The pictures of it from the balcony would have been taken at a different time of year when the sun is moved a bit. That wasn't a big deal. Having the ocean breeze coming at you while on the balcony was nice too. We really enjoyed our stay here!

The room was exactly as described! Clean, neat, and had everything I needed. I especially liked the everyday things that were in the frig and cabinets (condiments, cookware, plenty of paper goods). Three Nights

The balcony view was beautiful. The condo was clean and comfortable! While the kitchen counter space is limited, there is a butcher block cabinet and a table top in the living room. There are a host of amenities including a restaurant downstairs.

No surprises, really nice clean place, right by ocean, unloading zone and luggage carts were super convenient. Parking was easy, even with 3 little kids and a big diesel Ford Excursion. I think there were 3 pools (which the kids loved) and 2 hot tubs. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but It smelled great going in and out to the beach. We didn't go out on the town, just out for pizza once, and cook rest of our meals in the room. We had a great stay and I would recommend this one!
