Check out this 11th floor, ocean view, 2-bedroom apartment located at the Palace Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. The condo is fully furnished with 1 queen sized bed, 2 twin sized beds, a sleeper sofa, and will accommodate 6 guests. Upon arrival, guests will enter into the kitchen and living room area. Directly to the right is where the guest bedroom and guest bathroom are located. The guest bedroom features two twin sized beds, a nightstand between the beds, two dressers for storage, a flatscreen TV, access to the private ocean view balcony through the sliding glass doors, and access to the bathroom right outside the bedroom. The bathroom features a standing shower, new vanity, mirror, and toilet. The kitchen is absolutely incredible and features full size appliances including a new fridge, freezer, mounted microwave, stove, oven, a new breakfast bar with bar stools for seating, and so much more! We provide all basic cookware, utensils, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to cook a full meal for the family. Unlike many rentals, this listing also features a new full-size dishwasher as well as small appliances like a coffee maker and toaster. Cooking a large meal or a small snack will not be a problem! For guests who prefer to dine out, The Palace is a short walk / ride from many restaurants. Myrtle Beach also offers food delivery services such as Uber Eats and DoorDash! Just past the kitchen is the main living space which is the most relaxing part of the entire condo! This area features two large couches, one of which is a sleeper sofa, multiple accent chairs, two side tables, a coffee table, large wall mounted flatscreen TV, glass dining table with enough seating to accommodate 4 guests, and access to the private ocean view balcony! Across from the living and kitchen area guests will find the master bedroom. This bedroom features a queen-sized bed, two nightstands, dresser for storage, flat screen TV, access to the second ocean view balcony through the sliding glass door, and access to the ensuite bathroom. This bathroom features a tub/shower combo, new vanity, mirror, and toilet. Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Our guests will have access to several amenities at the Palace Resort. There are 3 outdoor hot tubs, 2 large outdoor pools, 1 indoor hot tub on the 22nd floor, sauna, steam room, fitness center, and small game room. In addition, there are coin-operated washers and dryers on every other floor within the complex. Our guests will also have access to drink and snack vending machines, free parking, 24-hour security, and beach access. Guests will have access to cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee. The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access. Guests should keep in mind that the Palace is not a pet friendly resort. Guests are not permitted to have any pets inside the resort, or inside this rental. In addition, smoking is not permitted inside this condo, and we appreciate your cooperation. Foul odor from kitchen sink and dishwasher throughout stay. Also, quite a few cockroaches. But this is an older building and a few bugs are to be expected. Notes in ths elevator say they are treating for bugs currently, tho we did not see anyone. The place is fine for what it is, although a little pricey. Casago Myrtle Beach, who handles the rental agreement and support during the stay, were not very helpful in resolving the issues we did have. They sent a plumber that ran water in the sink and said the smell was normal. ##### Matthew J. If it had been 150 a night less, I wouldn't complain as much.- Bad Marijuana smell outside in the hallway all week- Cleaning was just ok- We didn't use the outside furniture as it had stains on it.- Beds were just ok for comfort- We usually expect some paperwork showing the area and details of the place, but there was none.- We usually have games or beach equipment to put a cherry on top, but there was none.- No Salt and Pepper or pancake flipper.- The dishwasher was not mounted to the cabinets, so it continuously fell forward.It's not a bad place, and we had a good time despite it all, but I'd recommend trying another location. ##### Jeremy F.
