Plenty of parking, a little awkward, but not unexpected or too bad. What really brought the ratings down was the cleanliness of the property when we arrived. The good thing is that it kept us out and doing other things to stay away from the condo. Kitchen was decently clean, but the bedrooms and bathrooms were not. Hair, whiskers, and some other substance on bathroom surfaces. Bathmats, mattress covers, and comforters not cleaned between clients, it shows. Big roach on living room floor (dead). TV not hooked up, so had to figure out cabling to get it working. Not a big deal since we really didn't hangout in the room. These things would all be easy to remediate with a little time and effort. This place was very nice, I was worried about how it would be after some reviews seemed questionable, but my experience was great! The property manager was prompt to respond to any questions I had and very kind. There are no lifeguards, which has been pretty typical for my experiences with condos. There is a security guard to monitor the lazy river, he was very nice and when a kid was throwing rocks at people in the lazy river he handled it well. The parking garage and elevator situation is atrocious! The garage is only one car wide so having a car exit and enter at the same time is a nightmare. Lots of traffic to get into the garage since they have to let everyone pull out before anyone can get in. Only three of the parking garage floors have over passes to the actual condo area and even then there are two sets of elevators but for who knows what reason the one set doesn’t go to floor 6 so we couldn’t use it all week. All in all, the few things that could be better are way worth the positives! ##### Angelina M. The communication with management was great! The property met most of our expectations. It was unfortunate that the washer and dryer were not functional, especially since we were there because of a week-long baseball tourney. The amenities entertained us between ballgames. ##### Amy V.
