Compass Point 112 - Beautiful privately owned beach house built in the "Low Country" style, with two stories and an open side porch. Great location in the gated oceanfront community of Litchfield by the Sea, this home is across from a freshwater pond with a fountain and very close to the pool. This home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and is custom finished with hardwood flooring throughout, beadboard wainscoting, and plantation shutters. Very nicely furnished and decorated, the main floor features an open floorplan in the dining, living and kitchen areas. The kitchen is fully equipped and recently updated with Quartz countertops and gas stove. The kitchen is open to the dining area and there is a breakfast bar. The master bedroom suite is located on the main level and the master bathroom has double sinks, and a combination tub/shower. The top floor has 2 bedrooms and a hall bath with double sinks and a combination tub/shower. One bedroom has a king bed. The other bedroom has 2 singles plus a bunk bed with 2 singles. The front porch is equipped with rockers, and there is an enclosed outside shower on the ground level along with a picnic/grill area and covered parking for two cars. This home is equipped with a Gas Range, Fireplace (gas), Gas Grill, and a Pack-n-Play. Guests have access to the Compass Pool and Litchfield by the Sea amenities including tennis/pickleball courts, fishing lake, private access to miles of beach. No Pets. No Smoking.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.

Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
