The location is pretty much perfect with a brief 5 min walk ( with kids) to the beach. We had some minor issues during our stay (dishwasher and bathroom fan didn’t work upon arrival) which their very professional local maintenance team resolved within 24-hours. If I’d make it back to Myrtle Beach again I’d definitely stay in this location again. ##### Arjen v. It was on par with the price and great location with being walking distance to the beach. The only inconvenience we were not too thrilled about were painters working on the exterior of the building. We had not been told to expect this and while my family and I were trying to relax in the place on a break from the beach, we had painters unexpectedly show up on our balcony and surprised us (we had the balcony door open) to tell us they were going to be painting on our deck. They sealed off our balcony with plastic over the door and we did not have access to it on the last day. Would not have been an issue if we were told ahead of time but definitely felt uncomfortable having a stranger climb onto our balcony and pop his head into our place unannounced. other than that we were satisfied with our stay. ##### Cynthia W. It was spacious and well-equipped with all the essentials. I would make a suggestion that they put a bedside table and lamp in the master bedroom. Also, the hairdryer was missing. Still, we enjoyed our 10 days on the Beach. Turnkey Rental did an excellent job managing all aspects or our rental which was excellent value.
