Open the blinds to flood the living area with natural light. A large sectional provides plush seating -- settle in and watch a movie on the 50” flat-screen TV.

A full suite of kitchen appliances makes it easy to prepare anything from beach snacks to festive meals.

This condo sleeps up to six guests in two suites, both featuring a 42” TV and an en-suite bathroom configured with a tub/shower combination.  
  
The comfy master bedroom is outfitted with a plush queen-size bed – Step out onto the balcony for morning coffee and an ocean breeze.  
  
The second bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle.  
  
OUTDOOR AREAS  
  
The breezy balcony overlooks the pool and offers peaceful views of your Myrtle Beach neighborhood. Bask in the sun or rest in the shade -- all while Atlantic waves roll gently in the distance.  
  
Dip in the unheated community pool or hot tub (open from April to October).

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and unassigned parking for two cars under the open carport. Motorcycle parking is prohibited on this property.  
  
This third-floor unit is only accessible via stairs.  
  
Please note that if an unauthorized pet is brought to the rental, there will be a $500 fine.

Walk 5 minutes from your rental to spend a sun-kissed day on a Grand Strand beach. Area aquatic activities include parasailing, surfing, and fishing off Apache Pier. For an ocean-view meal, stroll 0.3 miles to Ocean Annie’s Beach Bar.  
  
Golfers will love the close proximity to golf clubs like Dunes (4 miles) and Arcadian Shores (2 miles).  
  
For a day of shopping, travel 2 miles to Tanger Outlets or 5 miles to Barefoot Landing. More inland fun awaits at the House of Blues (5 miles) and Broadway at the Beach (9 miles).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
