It is prime property. The rust on the refrigerator and heater took away from the class of the condo.Our last night was very unpleasant because we sat in the dark for a vacuole of hours with a power outage, and after the fact was told by Brian it was the fault of the city and he didn’t know about it until the 7:09 news and no apologies we’re extended for the inconvenience at the Resort. It was the City’s fault.There was no one answering at the front desk of the resort and no communication to the tenants. The areas outside the room were a little run down and soliciting scams are a thing. The condo is right on the beach and easy to get to. Located on the beach which was beautiful. The condo itself was great, host was very helpful and informative. My only complaint was the elevators.
