Property is 3-minute walk to beach and has a bit of an ocean view which is very nice. Owner fixed one of the stove burners that didn't work and said he would order drapes to cover the windows above and to the side of front door where the light shines in; this is a bedroom so it was hard to sleep. We had to place paper over the windows to block out the light ourselves. Bed and sofa were very hard on the joints so seniors, beware. Younger folks would probably not be bothered by this. With some TLC, the property would be great for all ages. ##### Rita F.
