Family Vacation

My family and I enjoyed this stay so much! This was our daughter's first time to the beach. The staff was super friendly and the view from the room was amazing! We will definitely be back!

Great Beachfront Stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and the view was great! It is helpful to know that even though this looks and feels like a hotel, there is no daily housekeeping service.

Affordable and accessible

It was a terrific walk to the boardwalk. Within 5 mins of Broadway at the beach and Aquarium. A relaxing time without the hassle of being overwhelmed with lots of people or noise

Ice machine too far away.....coffee maker didn't work, told desk clerk and she said they would bring up another one...two days later still no coffee maker. Nice place for the money and great location

Okay stay, bad check-in

I had a early flight into Myrtle beach but the place doesn't hold your bags. Having a unattended car packed with all your stuff for a week is an uneasy feeling for the 4 hours I had to wait. Check in was at 4pm but it's overcrowded, there's only about 6 or 7 short term parking spaces. People were double parking just to check in and there's not a whole lot of space in front of the building to navigate. The parking garage is a short block way which you have access to once you check in. Room was clean on arrival and beds were comfortable and everything was in working order. Bring your own toilet paper because this place uses the cheapest single-ply ever made, it does not do the job. My room was missing a shower curtain so we called and I was asked if I wanted to put it up myself, I declined. There's no housekeeping during your stay and you have to exchange your towels for clean ones by getting in touch with the front desk. You get breakfast across the street. It's a breakfast buffet that never changes. Waffles, bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuit, croissant, fruit and yogurt, and maybe a donut if they have one. It's serviceable but if you stay for more than a few days, you'll want to try something better. There's 2 pools and a lazy river. All were cleaned everyday. The hot tub isn't hot and another was under construction. The lazy river is 3ft deep and good for small children while the other pools go to about 5ft deep. One of the pools is roofed over which is nice.

Decent for the money

If you want an affordable oceanfront place to stay, this is a good option. If you are looking for luxury or extras, this would not be a good choice. It was moderately clean (no obvious dirt), but I wouldn't call it sparkling. They did check with us the first day and asked about the cleanliness. I responded that it was average, but my biggest concern was the lack of shower water pressure and the tub drain being slow. They came out the next day and gave us a new showerhead and fixed the drain. If the room had a deep clean getting all the corners and crevices, I'd rate this higher.

Location is great, staff is attentive

If you are looking for a place to go with family, this is in a great location, with three sparkling pools right on the beach. On site staff were helpful and attentive. Travel is back in a big way though, so if you are looking for some quiet time at the pool, this isnt it....lol. A suggestion for the property managers is they need to invest in more stringent supervision at the outdoor pool as lots of kids and teens were running around and jumping in wthout regard for other guests.

Nice

The room was nice, few things about it. Curtains were kinda nasty. Looked like lots of mold in the bathroom. However, the beds were amazing to sleep on, the customer service was good. The pools were nice, one hot tub did not get hot but the other one was nice and cozy. I would stay here more times. Only there for 2 days (kids playing ball) spent little time in the room besides to sleep. Overall it was a great place to stay. Also there were kids throwing stuff from a higher floor and security was on it the minute he found out!
