Its ridiculous having a 10 digit code to get in. They are almost impossible to unlock. There was only one chair on the balcony and it was broken. I realized it was broken when I sat on it. What I didn’t like. Was that the room that they gave us? The code didn’t work all the time and the door was really hard to get into upon entering the room, the smell that they used to clean was so overpowered, the view was beautiful. That’s why I chose this floor in room so that I would have a really good view the night before we had to leave the rail on our balcony broke so they had to move us because that’s a hazard the room that they gave us after that was not good. The view was not really good and it smelled like urine so bad , one of the TVs didn’t work they were tiles missing from the bathroom ceiling. I was very upset that the last few nights that I had to stay was not that good. I talked to customer support. I’m really hoping that somebody gets back with me. ##### Tanja G. Not being able to walk long distances I had no problem with either. The staff were great, fast service and had excellent elevator use. The unit was clean roomy and met our needs well. We were able to enjoy the hot tub one time for less than a half an hour because someone was throwing cheezits off their balcony into the hot tub we were in and later a group of people ruined the water by spilling drinks, food and who knows what else. There were so many people that if you wanted to use the elevator you were waiting for 10+ mins. When we checked in we assumed we would be able to stay parked in the resort parking lot but we had to go to an overflow parking lot because people who didn't have parking passes were taking up the lot. Other than that the view was great and we were able to get into our room and hour or so before our actual check in ( we drove 13 hours from our home ). ##### Lindsie D. You walk in thru the bedroom and there is a door that separates it from the kitchen. This keeps the bedroom quiet while others are still up. It also can be shut if dogs are with you to make it easy to come and go without them escaping. The kitchen also has a door you can close to the living room. All this area is tiled floor. The living room has a couch, two hard chairs, small table, end table, and tv. It was a little smaller than I expected but was good enough. Loved the small porch with two chairs and end table. You have a beautiful view of the ocean. The spa is in view downstairs to the left and sunbathers have a place to lie out down to the right. There is quick access to the beach and several waters sprayers to clean off the sand when returning from the beach. Lifeguards were on duty while we were there in July. If you bring a dog, the area to take them to the bathroom is on the first floor out front (special open area in parking deck). It was good enough for the purpose needed. ##### Kimberly M.
