A: MAYBE – Our cleaners offer a very limited number of priority check-ins each day that would allow guests to arrive at 1PM. The cost is $50 and they must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke or if we find that you have tampered with the smoke detectors to hide that smoking has occurred, it will result in a minimum $250 charge. However, there are many options within walking distance and other transportation options are available. There are plenty of taxi cabs available. Uber and Lyft are plentiful and inexpensive. Other Things to Note: Enjoy the OPEN AIR arrival with NO FRONT DESK CHECK-IN at this home away from home. Please be aware that it is very busy during bike weeks, especially during Atlantic Beach Bike Fest, and the can lead to police managed traffic flows, a lot of traffic, and crowded conditions in the area. In addition, our busiest week is 4th of July week. While parking is ample, it is on a 1st come 1st served basis and you may need to park in overflow lots or on the street during the busiest times. This unit is self-catering. Consumable items such as toiletries, cleaning products, and paper products are not included. Starter rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and hotel size soap and shampoo are provided as a courtesy, but guests will need to bring or purchase additional supplies after these are used up. Amenities may be subject to closure/interruption without notice due to inclement weather, new restrictions, or other unforeseen issues as determined by the HOA, service providers, and building management. Food and beverage facilities run by the front desk are not accessible when renting privately. However, there are many food and beverage options very close, including a fantastic beach bar next door.
