2BR 2BA OCEAN VIEW IN THE SEAWATCH RESORT GREAT AMENITIES

This ocean-view 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo at Seawatch Resort in the North/South Tower offers great views of the ocean and the pools. The unit can accommodate 6 people with 1 king bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen or 2 double beds in the second bedroom (actual unit is assigned at check-in so it may have either 1 queen or 2 double beds in the second bedroom) and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The balcony can be accessed from the living room and also from the master bedroom.

This unit is equipped with linens, bath towels, balcony chairs and a stacked washer/dryer. All linens & bath towels will be cleaned before check-in and after check-out. A fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils and full size appliances will allow your family to eat in the unit. You can also go to the onsite restaurant or to one of the many restaurants nearby.

The Seawatch Resort is located in the Arcadian Shores section of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The resort has 2 lazy rivers, 3 outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools, and 4 outdoor and 2 indoor Jacuzzis. There is also a game room, fitness room (resort charge for use), oceanfront restaurant, and a tiki pool bar.

The resort is several minutes away from the Tanger Outlets and the Colonial Mall. Broadway on the Beach ( and the Barefoot Landing ( are located nearby and offer various
entertainment options for the family. There are many Golf Courses to choose from. You can also go fishing, kayaking, parasailing and do other fun activities within a short drive.

The resort definitely has lots of great amenities! We loved the tiki bar and variety of pools. The inside room is very dated with old furniture, decor, blankets etc . The floors were super sandy from the moment we walked in. The fridge and dishwasher had stuff splattered on them. Dishes in the cabinets were dirty. There was only one roll of toilet paper provided for each bathroom. The towels were left in trash bags for us to dig out and place in the bathroom. No hand soaps provided except in one bathroom but was nearly empty. The owners request that you do not turn the AC below 70. Also, you can not use your own umbrella out on the beach unless you set up behind the blue umbrellas the beach provides for rent. The resort staff does not have anything to do with the Vrbo rentals. We needed more wrist bands for the pool and had to go to see the property manager at the Wyndham to get more. The room has a nice layout and excellent views from the balcony. The darkening curtains were helpful. There is a safe and washer/dryer in the unit; also a full size table. The elevators in the hotel were smooth and tan quickly. I would come back to stay here again.

The location and the view was absolutely wonderful.

The location and the view was absolutely wonderful but the cleanliness of the unit was poor mainly in the kitchen. Counters were dirty, dishes were dirty along with appliances. There was also some blood on the wall and on the floor in the kitchen. The owner was called to report this indicating he may want to change the people that clean the unit. Other than that the unit was in pretty good shape. The facility was wonderful with great pools and access to the beach. Just unfortunate that the unit was not clean very well before we got there made it a little bit disappointing.

Nice getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Milen's property. Overall, the property was clean. We had a few minor issues--remote control w/o batteries, inoperable dishwasher (which my husband repaired), missing pillows on the master bedroom (fortunately we had brought our own). None of these were things that would dissuade us from staying in this property again. The view from the condo is wonderful--true oceanfront and high enough that the pool noise wasn't bad. The check-in process was a breeze. I love keyless entry! Our daugther (and we) loved the lazy river and hot tubs. One other thing--the VRBO property pictures are a little dated. There is a new sofa and chair in the living room and new bedding in the bedrooms. We would have been quicker to rent this condo had the photos reflected the newer items.

Wonderful Place

Everything was just wonderful. Our new favorite place to stay in Myrtle Beach. The resort is very close to food, fun, shopping and very good access to the beach. Everything was clean and ready for us with extra pillows, sheets and towels. The owner emailed with me a few times and was very helpful.

GREAT CONDO AND LOCATION!!!!! Super close to Golf Course, Wal-Mart, Tanger Outlets, Golden Corral, Gas Station and Steak and Shake....easy shot to I-22! We had a great experience and the owner was quick to reply and easy to work with. Loved the big balcony! Pool bar was $$$ thankfully we had our own beverages (William was super fun). Food at pool bar was really good, fantastic hot dog! Grounds were well kept. Our only con would be the couch/chairs weren't very comfortable, but we weren't inside much; also would be nice if 2nd bedroom was 2 queens beds instead of doubles, sorta cramped with 2 adults in one bed (although we knew that at time of booking). All in all we had a wonderful experience and would DEFINITELY stay here again!!

Fabulous condo, abundant amenities

Everything was wonderful with our Myrtle Beach stay. The condo was great & met all of our needs. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. We loved the keyless entry to the unit; eliminated the worry of losing or having enough keys for everyone. The Seawatch complex offers abundant pool & jacuzzi options, as well as super easy access to the beach & ocean. Eating & shopping areas are just a short drive away. All the Seawatch staff we encountered were quite pleasant and extremely helpful. The condo owner was very responsive to all my questions & easy to work with prior to arrival & once we checked in. We were extremely comfortable at this condo and loved the Seawatch complex. We would definitely rent this condo again and highly recommend it to others.
