There was only one day where the elevators were very slow and very full which I was concerned with staying on the 19th floor. I will say you can hear the elevator hum all night but it wasn’t to distracting. The view was great the pools are smaller than I anticipated and we ended up just using our own chairs because there is limited seating. The pool bar food was a great price. We bought two orders of chicken tender and fries and an order of chili cheese fries for 32.00\. The beach is considered private so there was plenty of space. I was a little irritated that one of those beach chair/umbrella rental places took up the prime spots before anyone else had a chance. This is also a great area for hunting shark teeth and we found quite a few. All in all I would definitely stay at agin but probably a lower floor. ##### Kathleen H. We told the desk clerk she could have cared less. The pictures have to be when they first opened and they would not give us any type of refund. The room was dirty and there was a huge problem with cockroaches!!! Also when we tried to get clean towels for our room they were always out.
