We drove a 14 passenger van, and it was a tight squeeze, but we used the parking garage for an entire week with no complications. THERE IS ALWAYS PARKING. Every dingle dish was dirty, the drawers in the kitchen were dirty with food leftovers and grunge. The dishwasher was dirty, broken, and rusty. The floor was absolutely filthy with dust bunnies, hair, dirt. There wasn't even a dust pan so we could clean the floor ourselves. The towels had hairs and smudges on them. The hallways, elevator, and even our balcony constantly smelled of marijuana. It was an awful experience. Vacasa reached out to us the first day to check the cleanliness level and we gave them feedback. At no point, including after the fact, did they send anyone to do anything about it, and haven't shown any interest in trying to refund any of our money. It was an awful experience.
