Old pepperoni found in the oven. Dust so thick on the vanity trim I was able to draw lines in it. When I filled the tub for a bath, water lraked from in the wall, in yo the hall. In turn, small roaches came oit of the wall. Called the number provide but went to a rep not at the property. Went to the front desk. Provided pics of the oven, vanity and dead roaches my husband killed along with a video of one walking. They adm8tted they had to treat the unit 2 weeks ago. Requested credit. We paid over $500 for Thanksgiving weekend. They credited us $65, the cleaning fee. Not enough. No extra blankets and clean linens for the pull out beds. The linens were soiled, very dirty and stained sheets. Since I hosted, I was deeply embarrassed for booking a room in this condition. The staff at the front desk however, we’re helpful and kind. I appreciate they allow pets and the beach access was great.
