Come stay and visit the giant of the redwoods! This is an adult house perfect for one or two people. King size Tempur-pedic mattress and two bathrooms. One with a walk-in shower and one with a bath/ tub combo…..property is fully fenced and has beautiful gardens. Close to the highway but very private. No neighbors within eyesight.Enjoy a nice barbecue out on the deck next to the redwoods and beautiful flower garden or cook inside…. The Avenue Cafe is just a couple miles down the road also….. House is equipped with a full kitchen with everything you would need to make a fabulous meal.…. just like your own home.
Smart TV in the bedroom and in the living room….. Starlink Internet.

Thoroughly enjoyed my weekend stay in a beautiful home designed with love. Even if my plans of visiting the redwoods were somehow canceled, I would have been perfectly content with studying the decor and sinking into deep relaxation in an oasis of lush flora and delightful motifs. Many thanks to my gracious host for this unforgettable experience, and I cannot wait to share this gem with others!

Best place we stayed in our 3 weeks in Cali. Amazing host. perfect location for the Highway of Giants and Humboldt. Full kitchen, perfect to cook a full meal after a long day hiking. Highest recommendation

The house and host are amazing. The house is so comfortable, we instantly felt at home and relaxed. The host sandy was very welcoming and available. The yard is very well maintained and landscaped. The area is exactly what we wanted. 2 min drive to the ave of the giants. The town itself is amazing. The most friendly people we have encountered on your travels across country. A must stop. Oh and the price for the house is more than reasonable. We will definitely be coming back.

The home, location and host were amazing. The home is beautiful and comfortable and the setting is wonderful. We had everthing we needed for our time near the Avenue of the Giants. We could not recommend this place any higher and were thrilled with our stay. We would come back here in a heartbeat. Our exemplary host was considerate and attentive to our needs.

Great spot
Nice, well equipped place to spend a few nights if you want to hike Humboldt Redwoods State Park. Comfy and clean. Super organized kitchen with lots of good pots and pans and dishes and cups beyond what you usually see in a short term rental. Nice shower. Beautiful outdoor deck areas although you do hear 101 traffic when outside ( not inside so much). Would stay here again! Although the whole area here (not just Miranda where the house is) doesn’t have much in the way of services, it was great that the small town of Miranda nearby had two good restaurant options and gas.

Wonderful getaway!
This property is packed full of charm. Everything is beautifully cared for. Clean and comfortable. If your looking to unwind next to the giant redwoods, this is a ideal location. Fabulous Place
This is a fabulous property to stay in — spacious and beautiful in an idyllic setting of Redwood trees. Perfect location just off the Avenue of the Giants in Humboldt Redwoods State Park. Couldn’t have been better.
