Enjoy an evening on the oversized covered porch after a day of hiking in the ancient redwood forest. 2 bedrooms with hotel quality bedding will ensure a good night sleep, a full modern kitchen will inspire breakfast creations. IG@pepperwood\_place E-Bike rentals now available on site! This house is 1 of 3 in a private gated estate on 5 acres, though each house is situated in a way to enjoy privacy. Relax outdoors in the large shady oak meadow with family and friends, and watch woodpeckers, robins, bluejays and finches bathe in the pond. The house itself has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. As you walk in from the parking area you’ll enter the large covered deck and through the front door you’ll find the bright living room and modern kitchen. The bedrooms and bath are located down a set of stairs off the living room. The larger bedroom has a door that leads outside to a second porch. The bathroom has a full bathtub great for soaking and an on-demand hot water heater to ensure that everyone gets a hot shower! You’ll have access to the entire house and also the surrounding property that is shared with the other 2 Airbnb’s. The large meadow has a fire pit, a small pond, horseshoes, and a box with frisbees, baseball bats and balls, soccer balls etc. Maple Hills Estate. Holiday Future. The town of Miranda is about a mile from the Airbnb on the Avenue of the Giants (also known as CA-254). They have groceries, fuel, and a charging station The property is set in the woods, and enjoy visits from a variety of wildlife, including foxes, skunks, squirrels, turkeys, and the neighbor's cats and chickens at times. Being situated on the Avenue of The Giants, there is easy access to HWY 101, but you may also hear some noise from the highway. Humboldt County is a rural, forested area and you may have limited cellular/data services and GPS/Navigation Will not be accurate.
