It’s very secluded and quiet. It was the perfect place to spend a quiet relaxing weekend with my wife. The redwoods are a 10 minute drive away and we got some great hiking in. Lovely outdoor spaces as well, although the mosquitoes were out while we were there. A couple of the directions for using the home could've been more clear, but Sandee was very quick to communicate and clear things up for us. ##### Rick G. The goal is to disconnect from work and stress and recharge the batteries. I've always been looking for a place thats private, centrally located to the Avenue, clean and quiet. Watching the moon rise over the Eel River from the patio under a redwood with lights dancing across the railing was a magical way to celebrate my wife's birthday. The only downside was that the property is currently for sale.
