La chambre fait un peu vieillotte au premier abord avec sa moquette mais, à l'usage s'avère très agréable. Elle est bien équipée avec un petit frigo. La literie est bonne, les bruits extérieurs bien filtrés (j'avais eu une mauvaise expérience au Lotte City Hotel de Myeongdong). La chambre était impeccable, propre et confortable. Le personnel, toujours souriant et disponible, a été très patient et attentif, même si je ne parle pas anglais — ce qui m’a beaucoup touché. Les équipements sont de qualité et l’ambiance très conviviale. J’ai passé deux semaines excellentes et je garde un excellent souvenir de mon séjour. Tout est fait pour qu’on se sente bien.
