Located in the heart of Musso, it offers a convenient location just 1.5 km from the center of Dongo and 50 m from the lake. Amenities include Internet Wifi and parking options, with a single garage and public parking available 30 m away on the road.  
  
Outdoors  
Enjoy the proximity to the lake, with a pebble beach "Musso" just 50 m away (although small) and a grass beach "Dongo" at 2 km distance. Outdoor enthusiasts can explore the nearby hiking paths, including Giardino del Merlo-Musso, Sasso di Musso- Chiesa Santa Eufemia, and Valle del Livo. Additionally, there are opportunities for water sports, with a sports harbour 1 km away, a marina 50 m from the property, and options for surf school (5 km) and sailing school (5 km). For golfing enthusiasts, an 18-hole golf course is located 16 km away.  
  
Other Information  
The property is conveniently located near various amenities, including a grocery store (400 m), supermarket (2 km), restaurant (1 km), bar (1 km), and bus stop "C10 Como-Menaggio-Colico" (30 m). The kitchen is also an open-plan space, equipped with a gas stove (2 gas rings), a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is one shower room with a bidet and a toilet. The upper floor features an open gallery, one open double bedroom, and another open room with two beds. The floors are finished with parquet and natural stone.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment comes with a large terrace, complete with terrace furniture and a barbecue. It offers a beautiful view of the lake, mountains, and the resort. Amenities include a hair dryer, internet (WiFi, free), and a garage on the property. Please note that the property is strictly non-smoking, and there is no lift access.
