Boathouse! Sunsets! TWILIGHT DREAMS ON ROSSEAU AREA Situated in Long Bay on Lake Rosseau, this property is 5 minutes from Windermere, 7 minutes from Port Carling and 20 minutes to Bracebridge! Perfect for shopping, fine dining and easy access to all the amenities the area has to offer, including several nearby hiking trails, golf courses, lovely Windermere sand beach for kids and local Muskoka summer festivals! PROPERTY TWILIGHT DREAMS ON ROSSEAU- North west facing Lake Rosseau cottage situated on a natural terrain including a rocky point offering privacy, sun, shade, and cooling summer breezes. From the cottage deck a flight of stairs plus flagstone walkway down to the upper boat house level where you will be welcomed by a spacious deck offering outdoor dining, Muskoka chairs and shaded dining table. Here you will find all day sun, and a wonderful sunny dock, plus boathouse with accommodations overlooking the lake. There is over 500ft of natural waterfront, shared by 2 cottages with ample privacy between, a spacious boathouse with 10ft deep water off the end of the dock. At dusk while watching the sunset, enjoy a fire toasted marshmallow over the cauldron on the floating dock extension. INTERIOR MAIN LEVEL KITCHEN This open area kitchen offers plenty of natural lighting, new stainless steel appliances (2024) an island, a breakfast bar, dining table and conversation area. DINING ROOM This dining room is open to the great room and offers a dining table with seating for 10. GREAT ROOM Cozy seating around a wood burning fireplace and walk out to covered deck area. LOWER LEVEL Spacious lower level including 2 sliding glass door walkouts which offer lake views in both directions. Comfy chairs, couch and TV. Additional sleeping in open area bunk bed featuring a Queen and Single.​ UPPER LEVEL A small open airy nook with an office desk adjacent to primary suite.​ BOATHOUSE Boathouse offers outdoor seating/lounging, indoor /outdoor covered dining table plus interior lounge/ games area and sofa.
