SANTOSHA - Large 2 storey cottage perched on a point of land that offers elevated views over Lake Rosseau. Some level seating areas around the cottage for comfortable seating with Muskoka chairs, casual fire pit, picnic tables and Hot tub. Gentle slope down to the Boathouse, on well lit granite path and steps. Multiple upper and lower deck spaces at the boathouse with dining table for 4, lounge chaise and Muskoka chairs.

Open concept to the kitchen for seamless flow. Many impressive details in this very large room. One of a kind natural stone wood burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings with exposed rafters, floor to ceiling windows with walk out to lake facing deck, custom made sectional sofa that can easily seat 8-10, 4 arm chairs and a smart TV.   
MUSKOKA ROOM  
A unique room with multiple angles for captivating lake views. Seating includes a day bed, 2 rocking chairs and 2 hanging hammock chairs. This 4 season room can offer the quiet space for reading books, playing games or watching the smart TV. Also walk out to the Hot Tub and deck.  
  
BOATHOUSE  
Charming old Muskoka style interior with stone wood burning fireplace, 2 big sofas, full kitchen with newer appliances, reverse osmosis water filtrations system,1 bedroom, 1-3pc bath and multiple deck areas, 1 private balcony accessible from within the boathouse. Interior boat slip available
