Wir haben im Hotel einen Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg nach hause eingelegt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber und vor allem ruhig.

Sehr ruhiges und abseits gelegenes Gut inkl. WLAN

Sehr ruhiges und abseits gelegenes Gut -für meinen Geschmack fast schon zu ruhig - meine Frau fand es aber genial. Die hohen Zimmer sind großzügig gestaltet (wir hatten unseren Junior mit im Zimmer und es war nicht so eng wie oft in anderen 3er Zimmern) mit gut funktionierender Klimaanlage ausgestattet und tip top sauber. Das Bad war ebenfalls tip top und modern. TV auch vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war für den Zimmerpreis sehr umfassend und der Kaffee kam aus einer Barista Maschine und wurde vom Hauswirt für uns persönlich zubereitet. Zur Begrüssung gabs ein Glas Prosecco. Schade war nur, dass wir und ein junges Pärchen die einzigen Gäste waren. Dadurch wirkte das Areal etwas "tot". Ansonsten: jederzeit wieder. Vor allem die Lage macht es noch besser [25 Minuten bis Venedig ins Parkhaus; 15 Minuten zum Flughafen Venedig und keine 20 Minuten bis Jesolo an den Strand], eine von TripAdvisor top geratete Pizzeria liegt auch in nur rund einem Kilometer Entfernung] Anmerkung 1: Die Anfahrt von der Staatsstrasse kommend, erfolgt über eine ca. 800 Meter lange, aber sehr gut zu befahrenden (Tempo 40) Schotterstrasse Anmerkung 2: meine Bewertung fällt u.a. deshalb so hoch aus, da das Preis Leistungsverhältnis einfach passt- Wo bekommt man so ein Zimmer für 3 Personen für nicht mal 70 € mit Frühstück in absoluter Schlagdistanz zu Venedig?

soggiorno tutto sommato buono. Il proprietario, sempre disponibile e cortese. Buona la prima colazione. Considerato che il B & B è in aperta campagna gli utenti potrebbero trovarsi ad avere a che fare con animaletti propri del territorio, che peraltro non sono pericolosi. Le camere sono molto grandi e la pulizia è buona. Consiglio il B & B a famiglie che vogliono dare un ambiente sicuro ai figli sotto il profilo della sicurezza ambientale. Saluti

Penso di non aver mai visto un posto così poco curato...è poco pulito. Potrebbe essere un ottimo albergo, x la location suggestiva, il casolare ecc....ma in queste condizioni è stato un bel disagio dormirci anche solo una notte

Sì potrebbe fare meglio.

L'accoglienza è stata tiepida e accompagnata da 2 cani un po' mal ridotti. Ad un primo impatto l'agriturismo si presenta bene, scendendo nel dettaglio perde punti. In camera il condizionatore è stato istallato sopra al letto perciò è inutilizzabile, sempre che non ci si voglia alzare al mattino indolenziti. Per fortuna la temperatura esterna si era recentemente abbassata, altrimenti nel sottotetto avremmo fatto la sauna... La pulizia è scarsa: presenza di molta polvere sopra i comodini e le bottiglie del banco bar, ragnatele sulle zanzariere e altre parti della struttura, escrementi di piccione sui davanzali, peli di gatto e/o cane sul tappeto all'ingresso e cattivo odore. Sopra i tavoli della sala da pranzo dormivano i gatti. Al mattino, alle prime luci dall'alba, la sveglia è data da un gallo, alcune faraone e i piccioni che camminano sopra il tetto. Ci si sveglia anche senza volerlo... Punti a favore: Camera e bagno spaziosi, colazione nella media.

Bella Esperienza

Abbiamo soggiornato un sabato sera in questo Agriturismo e siamo stati bene. L' Agriturismo è in piena campagna, lontano dal caso e dai rumori. La camera era spaziosa, il letto grande e il bagno di buone dimensioni e cosa non da poco tutto molto pulito. Per concludere, titolari gentili e disponibili. Consigliato!!
