"A nice hotel, but the check in was terrible. There was only one desk clerk on duty, and she spent at least 40 minutes trying to help one couple. The rest of us (15-20 people) had to wait in line for our rooms. (10:30 pm and tired from a long flight.)"

"Good place to stay near the North bus station but there was a loud banging sound (from the air conditioner?) every 30 minutes or so the whole night which kept waking us up. Also the sound insulation of the room is terrible and you'll be up with the 6am construction sounds. Otherwise, it was fine."
