Staff were all very nice. The room needed to be painted and smelled musty. It also looked clean until you look closer to find the cabinet fronts especially in the bathrooms were very dirty as were the baseboards and the ac vents throughout. The AC vent in the living room ceiling was the worst. The dining room table had not been cleaned. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The room was spacious with large bathrooms.

No central air, a fan was provided, which we appreciate, but still frustrating. The shower head was filthy, heavy mold and mildew build up, the same with the sink sprayer and spout. Just could use a better scrub. Not bad though and we appreciated everyone working there to make our stay worthwhile and pleasant.

The rooms were great, very spacious, quiet and very comfortable. However, there was only an option for instant coffee provided in the room, which obligated us to use the downstairs breakfast facility. We had pre-booked that to be included so that wasn’t a big deal (and the food was quite good), but it would have been nice to be able to get a decent cup of real coffee as soon as up!
The valet parking option was messy and resulted in significant delays and some distress (if not panic altogether) at the end of our stay due to the key of one of our vehicles having been misplaced, but was ultimately resolved.
