"Our stay at the Matrix was fantastic. The staff was really friendly, the room was clean and comfortable! The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. Be sure to check out Culinary Unicorn on the main floor, it was sooo good!!!!"
"The bed was so incredibly comfortable, and nice and low to the ground so it was easy to fall into and melt away after walking around town all day. We had an awesome view of Whyte Ave out our window and got to enjoy some late night music from street buskers. We got to feel like we were a part of the nightlife from the comfort of our room. If you're sensitive to street noise, you might want to request one of the rooms facing away from Whyte, but we loved it!
The only thing we weren't sure on is that I don't think the room had A/C. Thankfully it was quite cool overnight so we just left the window open and were very comfortable.
The staff were very friendly and even provided us with a bottle of champagne and some chocolates in celebration of our anniversary.
Definitely will be staying here again!!"
